Logistics Operations - Warehouse Administration Support

Position Summary:

Samsung SDS Global SCL America, Inc. is a fast growing logistics service provider. We are looking for a Logistics Operations Coordinator to support our warehouse operations. The coordinator will support the warehouse managers by maintaining and reporting KPI’s for warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory, claims) in order to assure compliance to SOP’s and customer contracts, as well as provide customer support.


  • Maintain KPI”s for warehouse operations such as on-time receiving for inbound, on-time shipping for outbound, inventory accuracy and control, and warehouse claims for various locations.
  • Report KPI’s to management and warehouse site managers to optimize logistics operations procedures
  • Manage customer issues (follow-up, shipment planning, document review, carrier/vendor coordination) while providing excellent customer service and satisfaction with regular contact via phone and email.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer’s business and associated supply chain requirements.
  • Daily liaison with customer, vendors, internal network. Ensure that daily emails are processed, open issues are resolved and communicate with customers in a timely way.
  • Update, maintain, and file essential account documentation.
  • Ensure that customer and internal account billing is completed in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.
  • Monitor account issues and report to management to implement/drive solutions
  • Recommend changes in current processes when needed
  • Reporting as needed
  • Maintain and increase professional and technical knowledge through attendance at educational workshops; review of professional publications, establishment of personal networks, participation in professional organizations.


  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in logistics support for warehouse operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (vlookups and pivot tables)
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Excellent customer service skills; ability to create and maintain professional relationships with customers and vendors
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize workload and follow up
  • Ability to sense urgency and know when to escalate for assistance
  • Team player
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required
  • Travel Required: 25%
