Human Resources Generalist /Recruiting & Training/Bilingual Korean

Position Summary:

Rapidly growing subsidiary looking for a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist for Recruiting and Training to join our team under the direction of  the Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process
  • Create job descriptions and post jobs
  • Source candidates, screen resumes, interview candidates to determine fit
  • Facilitate the interviewing and hiring decision-making process with interviewing teams and hiring managers
  • Coordinate and deliver new hire training and ongoing training for key functions of the business.
  • Coordinate and deliver training to aid in the professional development of staff
  • Assist with the training compliance of company policies and procedures, maintaining required training documentation, participating in process improvement meetings.
  • Assist with delivery of training through a variety of methods, including: online courses
  • Develop and deliver training materials
  • Support development of training plans and curriculum
  • Provide reporting on effectiveness, progress, improvements
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Korean/English required
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in related field
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
